It is very alarming to see the number of incidents of home improvement scams increase.
Some contractors would initially agree on your terms for the project. But they would later ask for your permission to acquire a loan with higher rates and terms.

Elderly people are more likely to get scammed. Some contractors would take advantage. Overcharging, unnecessary work, or failure to perform the work stated in their contracts are just to mention a few.

    One of the most evil things to do is take advantage of the elderly and those who don’t know any better. I hate seeing this kind of fraud happen, and it definitely is becoming more frequent.
