Do-it-Yourself or Not

In planning a renovation, what are your considerations in doing it alone?  You may thought that you can save money by doing it by yourself  but is it worth it? This is a definitely  a difficult decision to make. Ask yourself, are you really that motivated to do it yourself? Do you really have the desire and effort to do all these things? Will you be ready to take the risks and chances? It is important that you are aware of your capacities before you do the job. In gauging  how much you want and can do, try doing small projects first so you will have a better  idea on what is there to expect. When you are done, you can totally tell yourself that you are ready for a bigger task.
