• Talk it out – talk to your contractor before the renovation starts. Plan the project together so you can discuss about the best way for you to save time and money.
• Use a little help – If you know some of the work, you can do it yourself, depending on your skill. You can also ask the help of your friends and relatives to help you. This way you’d cut off some of the bills.
