Remodeling Your Home Part 2
For the carpentry works, moving and constructing new walls, adjusting windows, putting up new doors and erecting or strengthening beams to support upper floors, a skill carpenter would be needed. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC ductwork would need to be re-installed or added to the existing ones while the walls are being put up. In this stage, proper insulation of walls can also be done. After the insulation work is done and the electrical and inspection work has been certified, the finishing for the walls come next. The drywall is then attached and smoothened by the use of a sanding machine to achieve a flawless exterior.
