Neglected Attic Spaces
Many homes have neglected attic spaces that may need some cleaning from time to time, especially if you have rodent problems or do get quite a lot of dust. Vacuuming the crawlspace with your shop-vac if you have light dust prevents the dust from getting through the cracks and crevices that may appear in the ceiling, falling on your bedding and other belongings. For more serious dust problems, you may want to consider a commercial cleaner for they have more powerful yet robust equipment that can deal with industrial levels of dust without burning out prematurely.
For rodent infestation, the feces and urine may harbor harmful fungi or bacteria so get licensed peopel to dot he clean up. You may also wish to get the pest control if any live nests are found to minimize damage and cut off the problems they may cause in the future. Clean clutter to minimize fire hazards that is due to accumulated flammable materials you may have stuck in there all through the years.
