Measure out your appliances and the walls or floor lay-out of the kitchen, label them out and cut out the squares that would represent your appliances, play around with them on the layout you also measured so you can get an overall look of how and what way they would fit best.
Measuring twice and moving once, saves a lot of pain in your back and lessens the need for emergency repairs that have to be done on a newly fixed wall simply because it wouldn’t fit. A good tip for all homeowners, it is also good for application on all areas of the house and is one of the oldest tricks in the book for architects and other design experts that use it to visualize the overall design and layout of a space without needing a hammer or nail.
